We have two styles of envelopes for parking notices and both are 100mm x 100mm with a 40mm self seal lip and a peel off adhesive strip on the reverse.

The packaging for this reads ‘You have been issued with a Parking Infringement Notice. Please do not ignore this warning Penalty Charge Notice’. The yellow/black envelopes read – ‘Do not Ignore, It is an offence for an unauthorised person to remove or interfere with this notice.’
