You can order products:

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.

Prices
Our prices are as displayed on www.speedypack.co.uk. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items, which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.

Payment
You can pay by any credit/debit card or via PayPal, to ensure that shopping on-line is secure we use the market leader SagePay (formerly Protx) to handle all our transactions.



We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order.

You can also pay by Cheque or we can open a trading account with you, subject to an approved account application, further details are available on request.

Delivery of Goods
We offer a free next day delivery service on all our products, and also on orders over a given value, if the goods are in stock. We understand that you need your order urgently, and that our service is important to you, if the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out your order as soon as the goods become available again. If for any reason we cannot source the items we will contact you to inform you.
If you order online you will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.

Standard "Next-Working-Day Delivery" to UK Mainland Only: Orders received before 2:00pm will be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Ireland.

"Next-Working-Day Delivery" applies to weekday/working days only. i.e. An order placed before 2.00pm on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (Unless the Saturday supplement is paid). Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or later than 2.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday*.

"Next-Working-Day Delivery": We offer "Next-Working-Day Delivery" delivery on ALL orders of more than £40.00 net value.

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to "pop out" please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps with a neighbour.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your engagement rings order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition. We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Speedypack do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details. When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number. We may record which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use that enables us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products and other Captain Packaging Limited services if you have opted to receive further information. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.
