Bubble Wrap & Foam are an important part of the packing process. Bubble wrap ensures goods stay secure and protected in transit. The air pockets/ bubbles create a cushioning effect for fragile items, hence the name bubble wrap.

One question we are often asked is when to use small bubblewrap and when to use large bubblewrap. To answer this question we believe that small bubblefilm offers great surface protection for lighter items such as plates, pictures, ornaments and mirrors. Where larger and heavier items need to be protected we would recommend using large bubblewrap. It is important to try and wrap your items with the bubble side of the polythene against the product, this way the actual bubbles absorb shocks whilst the flat polythene protects the bubbles.
